Setting up leagues

Hello all,

I'm fairly new to the site and found it extremely fun and useful. An idea I had to improve it, or at least add another element, is to add "leagues" in which seasons take place. In other words, open/public leagues for each rating range are started (you could also allow private). In other words, there would be leagues for ratings 1100-1200, etc. You'd then have scheduled games and standings. Then play-offs and a finals. The tournaments are neat but giving it the added intrigue of a sports season would add interest for me, and I'm sure others.
