Simple fix: "Insert Diagram" button misnomer

The post editing toolbar has an insert diagram button that says "Insert position or game" when you roll your mouse over it.  

This is misleading...this button can be used to edit and add to existing analysis when people edit their posts, but many people don't know this because they think they can only insert new diagrams with it.

This leads to people in vote chess posting a dozen diagrams showing tweaking they do to variations over time that could all be shown in one diagram.

There needs to be a better tooltip (the rollover message) that says "Insert a position/game, or select an existing diagram to edit a previously inserted position/game", or something like that.
