I was bored and decided to list all the crazy things I could think of.

1. Have a member of the day and show his/her best game

2. have the endgame tablebases like the Shredder website.

3. Be able to search for a specific position in the database like Fritz.

4. In the "observe games" tab in Live Chess, it is always cluttered with bullet games. It should definitely be grouped by the time constraint.

5. include live chess games in game explorer ( actually, maybe just non-bullet high rate live chess games.)

6. Have a study of the day! I love endgame studies.

7. Have chess book reviews

8. If possible, it would be cool to have an "Inter-website" tournament!

9. Include some more chess variants. (bughouse, tzurtzi, knights relay, extinction chess, etc...)

10. Have a page with the site statistics, such as the current # of members, average rating of members, highest participation points, etc...

And about #7, is for sure a good idea with a tab for reviews, but i believe a few members is writing book reviews in their blog, i just started to write book reviews if you wanna check them out:

I meant any position, not just from the opening, although I agree it is a bad idea. Thanks a lot!
