Suggestions for 'Manage Members' n 'Automated Vacation Time Protection'

I wld like to make the following suggestions : 1) Manage Members : Although the current recently updated/added options in the drop down list of the 'Sort by' menu ,are fantastic,I still find it takes some time to 'search for/find' a particular Member .. Could we have a ' Sea
