Tactics trainer is not showing all recently attempted puzzles.
I got a duplicate straight away (getting more than normal recently - another probable error), went back to check and the previous puzzle wasn't showing.
You can see that I'm not imagining things by my rating; despite the puzzle giving me +14, I only went up by 3, so the -11 puzzle isn't showing.
