@OP: This happened to me as well once before. It may be a bug, but it is a user-provoked bug. The key to preventing it is, as you imply, not to move so quickly. You must allow the computer to process the move and its response.

At TT, when I recognize a mating pattern very quickly and move extremely fast, an error happens. I had already made the next move that I am POSITIVE is correct but it still says it's "my move." I couldn't do anything on the board after that.
