Okay. This is going to be a long one, so get ready.

1. It's good to be back! I closed my account for the school year and so I could focus on other stuff in life. I should be back at least until next school year!

2. This one is real special to me. I just really want to say thanks to chess.com. Although there are quite a few cheaters and all, that's not what this is about. Chess.com has made me so good! When I first started on chess.com about 1 1/2 years ago, I was about #30 in the area for my age group. As I played chess on chess.com, my rating grew exponentially, and by the end of the school year, I was one of the top players for my age group in the area. But that's not all. I played a lot on chess.com during the summer, and when I came back to school, I could pretty easily beat anyone at the school chess club. But wait, there's more still! My skill kept climbing and climbing, and in no time I was the 3-time champion for the area for the age group, even after being bumped up to a new age group, and I got #7 in the state for JV! But no. That's nothing. After all of those tournaments was Nationals. It wasn't too far from where I live, so we decided to go.  I went 5-2, and got FIFTEENTH PLACE for my level. At the time, I was 782 rated, and out of everybody at the tournament, I was the #1 U800-rated player in the US! So within about a year and a half I went from #30 in the area in my age group to being #15 in the US AFTER BEING BUMPED UP A LEVEL! And just about all I did was play on chess.com. So for that, I thank everyone, from my friends who made me happy and kept me getting online to chat and play with them, to the admins who helped me out with problems, to the creators of the site. Thanks again, chess.com! <3

Whew, that was long. *wipes sweat off of face*

He doesn't sound like he is bragging to me. It sounds more to me like gratitude for chess.com

It does not sound like bragging to me either. It sounds like a simple thank you very much.
