I recently came here because I was disgusted with the general atmosphere of ICC. I appreciate the diamond status you gave me to try for 1 week and it has allowed me to try the videos and eduacational aids you have {which I think are great} I feel I can learn more about how to play here in a year than I learned in the last 5 all the chess sites have one issue or another but overall I am finding chess.com a pleasant place to play and learn , thanks Bill
