Yes. That would be ideal - a setting that would get the program to do such a time conversion for you straight away.

Ha ha. Some of us live in a country without college football even though that never seems to occur to you. There are people who live elsewhere.
I am serious that this is a difficult conversion. I have played chess online on various sites for a few years and I have never found an easy way to get conversions right by my own efforts. Terms like Pacific time and Mountain Time confuse the issue even more.
I am not a lazy twink who hasn't tried.
