Trophies for Team/Vote Matches n Group/Team Leagues/Championships

I think it would be real nice n cool if we hv trophies designed specially for Group Admins to give to all their Team Members who participate in any Team/Vote Matches or World Leagues/Championships,etc .(optional,of course)

If they win ,we give Trophies/Medals,etc that congratulate n thank them ; if they loose,we give them like Ribbons,etc for their participation n efforts.

Also one that we can customise if we wanna give our own specially deigned Trophies .. would be esp useful for special In-Group Competitions created by the Groups themselves.

 This wld help us to show our appreciation to them for playing for our Group/Team n encourage further participation !

.. n Also one specially for sending to people that join our Groups (to thank them) ,instead of/other than the ones we already hv (ie 'thank you note' trophy n 'special gift' trophy) .. if possible.

Chess .com can design/make them n add them to the 'Give a Trophy' to friend's page  .. n add one link  for us to customise Trophies on that page too. ( same like  our currently available  'Use Custom Trophies' for Tourneys )
