Cult of V3: have anything substantial to add?  We've been over the trite, cliched, and derisive quips for years.  You've been repeating the same thing over-and-over-and-over-and-over .. yet, you can NOT ... EVER ... come up with anything remotely objective. 

And, @batgirl, I don't know how many times I've tried clicking the 'X' when your name kept coming up next to SamCopeland's in the "Consider Following... " suggestions---V3 must be wonderful for those with vested interests in the code---just like the Cult of V3, 'no' is not accepted by the programmers.  We will be assimilated.  AmIRight?

Anything that changes anywhere in any context is always worse.  Except for slice bread, obviously.  Apparently that was genius.  Although I still usually buy unsliced.

If I had to gander a guess, I'd say the majority of the Defenders of V3 have a vested interest in the current state of things.  Otherwise, why waste your time whapping away at a keyboard or giving Seri / Alexa lip-service to tell me how implacable my attitude is?  Do you really care about my feelings, or are you so shallow that shouting-down a non-body on the internet is going to give you the Big 'O'?

My statement stands: V3 cannot stand up to V2.  Period.  V3 is a downgrade and you fuddy-duddies cannot defend it with technical points.. only nyah-nyah-nyah-nyah-nyah-you-can't-have-v2... elementary school playground banter.  Here's some advice back at you: mature.

To you...and we all have opinions.  I couldn't stand V3 at first.  Why?  because i didn't want change.  When it was forced on me, i had a choice.  Stay, or leave.  I chose to stay.

Actually...NO ONE was forced to watch that video.  If you watched it, it was a choice you made.

And I believe there were dozens made for V3.  You and glamdring27 can go and sit down with some popcorn and relive those great moments of V3-Discovery.  👍

No clue...and if you need a video on how to navigate a website?  You're probably not skilled enough to be using that site.  That video, as unnecessary as it was, was made to help those that didn't have a clue.  I understand the purpose of the video.  It was to appease all those that don't like change, and refuse to change.  I get that, I was one of those complainers.  But like i said before.  I had a choice to stay or leave.  I chose to stay for the simple fact that i didn't like change, or wanted it.  I was "comfortable" with V2. 

After V2 went away, and V3 was now being used, it took me about 1 day to get over the whining and complaining, and to know where everything was.

What gets me even now, are those that have been here for years, and will post: "How do i report someone?"

I never log in to this site, and think about what version its on. 

👉 the point being that V2's User Interface was intuitive enough that Videos on How To Use it were unnecessary. 

I'm quitting this forum.  What was originally, I think, intended to be fact based technical constructive criticism has now devolved into personal attacks.  I'll go read something else.  Stay well, amigos.
