Any restriction to brazilian users? Look:
You can't get apps in this region. You can check the Windows Phone Store in your home region to see if the app is available there.

The app works great...but it would be nice to be able to navigate by sliding instead of reaching out for the upper corner signs...other than that I'm very satisfied with both how the app works and looks...and of course...notifications needs to happen :)
