PLAY -> Tournaments. Scroll down the page. Click on View all upcoming tournaments. Click on a tournament to see the details. Then click on Register.
Bear in mind that, as a basic member, you can only join ONE tournament run by a member. You can join any number of chess.com official tournaments.
