Typically Opens are 'open', so unless there is a membership requirement I'd say yes.

The website explains it:
3-day schedule: Reg ends Fri 7 pm, rds Fri 8 pm, Saturday 12 & 6, Sunday 9 & 2:15.
2-day schedule: Reg ends Sat 10 am, rds.Saturday 11am, 2pm, and:6pm, Sunday 9 & 2:15.

Thank you so much! I read the site but didn't see that.. I'm not the best with the abbreviations either I had to read your post like 3x to get it!
I want to enter the Maryland Open but I live in Virginia.. Can I do this? Or is it only open to residents of Maryland?
