Yep Taurusmale67, they need to be online/daily games that you have finished to completion 
Can't join a Tournament

Maybe your timeout ratio is to high
Or maybe your rating is too high; my friend once told me that some tournaments only let rating <1200 join, or something else.
I am unable to join any tournaments can someone please explain why?
