Thanks Fezzik and koockie. My question was a mistake: after posting it, I realised that I (unfortunately did have another legal move. Sorry about that.
I am in a tournament now. It is my turn and I am not in check. However, every move I could make would put me into check. By definition, I believe this is a draw, so I offered a draw. Chess.com does not appear to automatically declare the game a draw. If my opponent does not accept, I will time out, and he or she will win. Shouldn't this be an automatic mandatory draw?
