They havn't been made (well at least they are not open to the public) yet but they are coming very soon!

they are currently only available to premium members, however in a few hours live tournaments are being made available to all members.

Yes what pawn_eater said is correct.  Eric (the founder of chess.com) said that it should be available by 4 hours (the time of this post).
