how to create tournament for people at work?

Hi All,
I need to organize an online tournament for the people at work. I'm relatively new to chess.com and I'm not sure how to do this. Could you please let me know where I can find some guides on this topic? Do I need to have a premium account to organize a tournament? thanks

To create a live tournament, you must be a club admin or coordinator. You could create your own club on chess.com and invite your friends to join the club. Then you can create a live tournament (minimum four players).

It's my understanding that you don't have to be a premium member to create a club.
Best way is to get a premium membership and start a club and then you can send a link to your coworkers for them to join easily.
