I'll set it up but you'll have to campaign for the players. How does that sound?
Idea for tournament

Hi, I had to give up my Premium status due to being a poverty-stricken student, but had an idea for a tournament in which the main prize (even symbolically) would be the brilliancy prize. So after the tournament, which would be a round robin, everyone would submit one game of their own for the prize and vote for someone else's. It would be in honour of Rashid Nezhmetdinov, a player who valued beauty in chess above everything else, and I was thinking 3 day time controls at 1600-2200 ratings, with a max of 12 players. Would someone be interested in starting this tournament on my behalf?
Unless you want to leave it up to PrawnEatsPrawn, there are a few other tournament settings. You may not appreciate 22 simultaneous games. See here for a list. http://www.chess.com/groups/forumview/introduction27
When you make that list of invitees for PrawnEatsPrawn, each name has to be separated by a comma. http://www.chess.com/echess/players.html?name=&country=&min_rating=1650&max_rating=2150
