Match unfair lost

Hi

Seems chess.com has finished my match with Learning27 user in 3rd round of Tournament 24th. Matches has been just started, no overtime has been done so I really don't understand why my match has just ended

Please, reopen this match so is unfairly lost.

I did, thanks. I think is an iPhone bug app. I mean you need three steps to resign a match and I not even opened it!
