membership levels and running tournaments

I'm about to upgrade membership to premium level, but before i do, i need to pick the right level. Is there someone can tell me what restrictions there are running tournaments for each level of membership?

This help entry, states the original policy, indicating basic members can create tournaments  http://support.chess.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/85/12/how-do-membership-levels-free-vs-premium-affect-access-to-tournaments  but apparently they cannot.

This help entry indicates Premium members only  http://support.chess.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/83/12/how-do-i-create-a-tournament. It appears to be correct as very few, probably recently lapsed premiums, are listed as tournament directors here  http://www.chess.com/tournaments/upcoming_tournaments.html.

Looking through the tournament FAQs, i see no mention of Swiss tournaments. All they seem to talk about are all play all tournaments, and if entry is too big for that, a knock-out tournament.

Does anyone know if Swiss tournaments are possible?

I don't think it's possible to do Swiss tournaments at this time.

Basic members would play one tournament game at a time for years before the tournament ended.
