In conventional tiebreaks the blitz and Armageddon blitz matches are played. I think this system of blitz games puts psychological pressure on players which can have adverse impact on health. In addition the blunders, casual mistakes and losing game on time incidents are higher in blitz games which affects the grace and stature of chess. By auctioning time from 15 minutes in one Armageddon match tied players  can have decent way to decide the winner. Both players will auction for time on paper chits from total time of 15 minutes to play as white and win. If player A wins the auction with 8 minutes to play  as white for winning in Armageddon match, rest of the time 15-8 = 7 minutes will be given to black player. Both players will write on paper chits like secret ballot voting system and put their chits into box with their names written on paper chits to make the whole system completely transparent. Increment time of 10 seconds/ 5 seconds can be added for each move in addition to the time split from total time of 15 minutes. Any player who writes shorter amount of time on paper chit to play as white and win will be given white pieces. If player A writes 8 minutes and player B writes 7 minutes on chit, player B will be given white pieces with 7 minutes and rest of the time 15-7 = 8 will be given to the black pieces player A.
