Please procede with the Round Robin Tournament

The remaining games to be played in group 6 of the round robin tournament that I am playhing in are not needed to procede with the tournament. The winner of group 6, with 4 wins, has been determined. So why not procede with round 2 ?

Hi Bob, although I am not in the tournament you are referring too, I have ran a few tournaments so I understand your frustration.

When a tournament starts it becomes the responsibility of chess.com to 'manage'  in as much as they alot the group players and also they only permit the next round after ALL the games in the current round are complete, Frustrating I know, but there it is my friend!!!
