When you post an announcement in the tournament it will only be sent to those players who have joined the tournament.

I created 14 tournaments 2 days ago, each one could be filled by 100 players, then I sent thousand of invitation, now 6 of them started with 100 players, and I cancel the one for rating 600- for nobody join.
But I wish to make sure something, can somebody clarify ?
- If I sent thousands of invitation in 2 hours, chess.com will think they are spam ? or make the server of chess.com feel it is a heavy job ?
- After I sent 300 invitation, if I post announcement to all players, this message will go to all 300 members ? or just go to the members already joined tournament ?
if to all 300 players, I worry it will disturb somebody, and actually one of them sent me the message to complain.
- Somebody complain they just view the tournament but do not register, after receive the invite, but the tournament still schedule them.
do not know it is the bug or he forget he clicked "Join this tournament", I feel sorry for this to that player, suggest chess.com to request a confirm for "Join this tournament".
