I'm suffering from the same Time Out fate. Due to less than reliable internet service during a winter storm of ice and rain for almost a week I timed out on 3 games, now I have to finish 30 games before I can play. It's a bit of a pain but I guess this is what's called "Paying my dues".
I have this problem:
You must have a timeout ratio lower than 10% to play in this tournament.
What can I do to play in those tournaments?
I've missed several tourn. because of that message and I don't know what to do have a lower timeout ratio.
