i want to abort a tournament game in which neither player has made a move...help!

If it could be done it would throw off the tournament standings.

You can resign if a draw offer is rejected.

 try and make a formal complain to the organizer of the tournament and see if you can get away with it or to the chess.com adminsitrators as they will be aware of such troubles
