Team Tourneys in rating categories

Hi all,

I have had such an unbelievably fantastic response to my previous team tourneys that I've tried to think of a different idea to make them "fairer" and,hopefully,slightly more interesting.I'm thinking that team tourneys in specific rating categories would fit the bill,say,<1500,1501-1900,and >1901,these are not set in stone but a general idea for the moment.It'd give a lot of groups more of a chance in team tourneys and give more of their lower rated members,who miss out too much in team matches and team tourneys,a chance to really represent their group against players who are more around their rating.

I'd REALLY appreciate your feedback on my idea and any interest that you may show in entering your group(s) into this sort of team tourney format,if I get enough groups interested,say 16 for a start,then I'll set about staging these tourneys asap.If you are interested in entering your group then,please,indicate what rating categories you'd like to participate in.
