Your TOR is currently 13%. You need to reduce this by finishing more games without timing out.

The statistic I quoted is public record. Perhaps, your memory is fallible.

p.s. Time out entries are recorded for the last 90 days.

2 timeouts in last 15 finished games (90 days) = 13.33% TOR

Another mystery solved.

The ratio "remebers" your time-outs for 90 days. So if you only had one timeout in that period but have only completed some seven other games in that time period, the system remebers that a fairly large chunk of your games (1/8) resulted in a timeout. Finishing just a few more games will show that time-out was truly just a one-time slip up, and that you can be trusted to finish most of your games in the normal fashion.
