Well it is 20% of some number of games. So increase the number of games and it will have to reduce. You have to pull out the calculator to figure out how many games you need to play if your a little off in math skills using fractions.

Hey, my time-out ratio seems stuck on 20% . Reading the fora and the faq, finished online-games without ending in a time-out should help and better my time-out ratio. But the number won't change, so i cannot participate in most fancy tournaments. Does anyone have suggestions on how to improve the time-out ratio? Thanks in advance :)
