what is timeout ratio.how can i decrease my timeoout ratio?

Timeout ratio is the percentage of games that you have lost by not making a move before your time runs out. You can decreases this by playing more games. For example, playing 15 more games will decrease your timeout ratio to 10%.

click where it says "my home" on your toolbar. look under moves on the right side of the page. scroll down if you need to. look where it says timeouts. it will say the percentage.

The timeout percentage (and number of games that you timed out in) is listed on your Online Chess page rather than your Home Page.  I think PersonGuy1 merely misspoke.  Sorry about the confusion.
