After the intentional slowdown, you can look forward to the blatant vacation abuse. There is always one in every tournament it seems. Get used to it. Play a lot of tournies so that you don't notice.

Are there any guidelines for Tournament Etiquette? For example when to resign and how much time to take.
I am finding that in the 64 person, group of 4 tournament some players in a losing position slow down their moves and do not resign even when there is clearly no chance of any result other than a loss.
Do tournament organisers have a role here to politely comment on the last few games or a round that might be holding everyone else up?
