Tournament manager?

Good evening good people of chess.com!

Is it possible to use Chess.com´s groups to hold "local" tournaments (planin old boards and pen&paper), and just enter the results for all the members to see?

that wouldnt have anything to do with chess.com and would be simply OTB (ove the board)(actual physcially meeting upand playing)

Thank you all for the answer! but Skeptikill, i have to disagree. Tournament managment og general chessmanagment has everything to do with chess, and therefor also chess.com. 

Do you happen to know a good system for this? Preferably for OS X, or a web-based system.
