2 questions about tournment points:

1) How are points allocated to a tournament?  I've noticed some tournaments with 100 players may have just over 400 points while another with only 48 players almost 800 points.

2) How can you find out in a particular tournament how many points are available for each placing: e.g. how many for first place, for second place, etc?
