computer aided play = cheating

Nine of these eleven games are recorded as timeouts. If there was a problem you could have contacted support. Perhaps you can still make a case.

Y'all know this game is tough enough what with lots of players using computer aides to win games without telling their opponent but I can't join a tournament because my timeout ratio is too high....and I don't even recall those game being lost to timeouts! The vast majority of my games are 3 dayers plus there was a glitch in YOUR system that took a bunch of my games away and I am suspecting THERE is where the majority of my timeouts occurred through no fault of my own; but now I am excluded from tournaments I would like to play in unfairly due to "manufactured" timeouts! Management needs to clean up their act and allow erasure of timeouts so people have a chance to play more people! Failing to do so will reduce the number of people available to play by at least one! ME!
And I NEVER use computer aided play!
