Pretty sure you don't need to worry about camera coverage until you become a titled player. Maybe set your sights a little lower and join this club. If you really enjoy it, then maybe go for a lifetime instead of an annual. Have fun. Let me go find that club link....

Hi everyone. I hope everyone is staying safe and warm during these strange times. Covid-19, the Derecho, various shenanigans, and the upcoming winter. I just had a question. I have not played in an over the board tournament since 2010. I was wondering if a USCF lifetime membership would be worth it? I'm getting older and it appears that chess is becoming more than just a hobby now. I ended up just buying 12 chess books the past month because I watched the Queen's Gambit. Yikes!
Since Chess.com is hosting more online tournaments and the various tournaments appear to need official ratings, I am wondering if it's feasible to get it to enter? Also should I get three cameras so I can have one on my face, my mouse, and the back of the room? What other things can I do help me perform better and be a good tournament player for online events? Sorry for questions. I don't normally participate on online tournaments too much.
Thank you and have a wonderful day.
