What's the difference between "15|10 Rapid Swiss" and "15|10 Rapid (OPEN) Swiss"?

Open means no rating restriction. The first tournament must have had a rating range requirement.

Ok. Thanks. But I didn't see any rating restrictions in the first one. Did I miss it or is it predetermined without description?

If there is a rating restriction, it's explicitly stated.

I just noticed the website does not say OPEN for the open tournaments. The iOS app does say OPEN.

So, to answer your question, there's no difference.
