No, Gukesh's level has not changed at all. It is just your illusion. He was, and still is, a very strong Super GM.
And the Titled Tuesday blitz parade isn't even an official blitz tournament- Magnus, Hikaru and a few others are in it only for the $$$.

Gukesh hasn't changed lol.Winning a tournament doesn't exactly make you better.If anything,losing makes you better.
Magnus had attributes that stood out for years.He is a legend and not just a prodigy.He has been for years,and gained 1000 points in his first year of chess.
Gukesh is strong,and he came from a country that was dominating in chess.But he isn't even the best player in India.There are many contestants for this title-anand,vishy,Arjun.
so Gukesh still is trailing behind Magnus,possibly even Hikaru.
He has a long way to go
