ban injuste

Bonjour, ce sujet en me concerne pas directement mais concerne un de mes élèves qui a eu une croissance et une amélioration fulgurante meme en présentiel cependant son compte c'est fais ban récemment et étant assez confiant qu'il n'a jamais triché en ligne demande un unban si possible et aussi j'aimerais bien savoir comment contacter chess.com pour cette demande

 

Only the banned player can do anything. They would have received instructions on how to appeal the closure.

An email would have been sent to the address on the account. Your student should check their spam folders.

Of that can't be found, then they will need to open a ticket with support from the email tied to that account.

hello it's been three days since my student send an email to chess.com (and i did too) and still no answer how long shall i wait before getting an answer?

 

Support staff have been receiving a lot of tickets, so it may take some time for them to get to the ticket. 

If you look at the profile of the closed account it will have a link to the article explaining that closure type.

Bonjour, je voudrais me plaindre du ban du joueur « Cubixx123 » il s’agit de mon ancien compte sur lequel j’étais assez bien classé, en division élite, de nombreux prix, mon propre club et plus de 500 parties jouée, j’avais créé ce compte vers 2022-2023, et récemment (il y a un ou deux mois) j’ai décidé de me remettre sérieusement aux échec, et j’ai fait une remontée de elo assez importante (je suis passé de 500 à 800 elo en moins d’un mois) et mon compte a été banni pour soi-disant « triche » et en recréant mon compte je n’avais rien récupéré (évidemment je n’ai jamais triché, la preuve en est que je restais imbattu IRL). Ça me plus qu’un peut de gâcher ainsi 2 ans de jeu et tant d’heures passée dessus. J’espère que le staff de Chess ne restera pas inactif devant ce type de situation, sinon je risque bien de passer à Lichess.

The closure email had information on a couple of options. One is to create a second chance account and the other is to appeal the closure. If you want staff to look into the closure again you would need to use the appeal option.

J’ai demandé la seconde chance, mais visiblement il y a du y avoir un bug car j’ai coché la case permettant de récupérer les amis, la ligue, etc…, mais je n’ai recuperé que les amis, je ne sais donc pas si mon compte a vraiment été fermé ou si on a juste effacé les informations étant dessus. Dans tout les cas, je n’aurais jamais dû être ban.

A second chance option is an agreement with the closure. The appeal process is to have staff take a second look. That said, the vast majority of appeals are not granted as the site doesn't close accounts unless they are very certain.

Hello i'm panicking right now because my account was ban due to bad language.

I know it's my fault, i said bad things to someone and i feel ashamed.

I received a mail 5 days ago saying that "We would like to give you another chance, please contact us" i tried to contact the support (wich is an AI) and it told me that someone would look for my case in 3 days... It's been 5 days and i can't do anything. My account was platinum and I want it back so bad. What can i do ?

Tu pourrais essayer d’envoyer un mail directement à l’équipe Chess, c’est ce que j’essaye de faire mais seulement, je ne trouves pas leur adresse mail. Si quelqu’un la connaît, pourrait il me la communiquer ?

Quelqu'un m'a banni sur mon ancien compte malonets car il a cru que je trichais et il a réussi a me bannir et j'ai premium version gratuite et demain je dois payer 125€ pour mais je voulais juste essayer puis arrêter (astuce de rat) je jouais bien et je me suis fait ban Donc si chess.com FR peux déban pour que je résilie l'abonnement s'il vous plait merci.
