• in Bordeaux vs Athens match, there are three players less in Athens squad than needed to start the match -> Bordeaux starts the match with +6 points.

For R7 match Moscow vs. Athens, unfortunately there are not enough players in Athens squad to start the match, due to 15+ WCL minimum set.

However, match is completely regular for ECL since 12+ players are filled from both sides. Since Athens admins are currently inactive we may wait a little longer for 15th player to register for the match or to lock squad from v3 if it is possible again to do so.

Moscow, please be patient for this unusual case.

What about Kyiv vs Gdansk? We reported that Gdansk has not enough players, then match has disappeared and we still haven't heard anything from their admins about. It seems that decision is very obvious

It is already noted as 3-0 for Kyiv due to not enough registered players from Gdansk. I guess that is fair enough even though their admins has failed to explain why they've canceled the match instead of confirming resignation here first.

By the way, I've just looked into matches archive of Team Gdansk, and there is no single match played on 12+ boards! Maximum was 11, so I really don't understand why this team is participating in Div1 for second year in a row

Match Bordeaux vs. Gdansk may be canceled now. There is no reason to wait for more players to register when there is no even half of needed 12 players in Gdansk squad.

-1 - 3 means the points for mentioned match. Check the ECL RULES 2017, section "Scoring system". Basically, forfeit victory for the team that has reported sent challenge.
