How to lower my rating?

Alright so basically I haven't played chess in a long time and I know I'm not as good as I use to be so my rating right now is definetly a lot lower than it shows at this moment. But I don't want to go through the process of losing a bunch of game...

From 1293 to 1454??

How did my rating jump from 1293 to 1454? I never recall passing the 1400 mark and barely making 1300 briefly. But when I went to play someone (on the same setting I always play: Standard 30/0, Rated), my rating read 1454. How so? A glitch?

Was this winnable for me? If so, how (on that last couple moves).
