India's Humpy Koneru held the champion Hou Yifan to another draw with the black pieces in the fifth game of the 2011 Women's World Championship.

Hou Yifan now leads 3-2 thanks to her earlier win in the third game, but Humpy has avoided another loss in two consecutive games with the black pieces to keep her chances very much alive as the match reaches halfway.

Humpy now has three games with white remaining, starting with game 6 tomorrow, compared with just two for Hou.

Humpy Koneru needed to defend accurately for the second game in a row
