The West San Fernando Valley Chess Club meets 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Thursdays in the West Valley Jewish Community Center, 22622 Vanowen St. Open to all, continuous rated tournaments, blitz, casual play. One of the largest local clubs in Los Angeles. No membership required.
Tournament entry fee is $15 (Seniors $5). USCF membership is required to play in the weekly tournaments.
