    One difference with Bogo or Nimzoindian: black can play sometimes 3...f5 (no knight in f6 yet) and go to some kind of dutch.

    3. Nf3 Bb4+

    It transposes to the nimzo if Black chooses to play Nf6 which, apparently, black usually does.

    No. In Nimzo-Indian, black's first move is Nf6.
