This is the 16th MSCA Chess.com AMATEUR Tournament! Only players who play their games QUICKLY (who have a low Avg. Time per Move) and who have completed 3 games already can register. Games have a 1 day time control and the games in the round start immediately! (That could be up to 22 games starting right away and going fast!!)

I see we have a player who is new to Daily Chess, and hasn't logged into chess.com for over a month. I cannot withdraw him once the tournament begins, but I did ask him to withdraw. Eventually, he will run out of vacation time, and the tournament will finish. I'm sure it was unintentional, and sorry about the inconvenience.
