This tournament will be gradual elimination, meaning that 2 out of 4 people per group advance to the next round, so only two people per group are eliminated per round. Also, no tiebreaks are used, so if two people score the same they will both advance. Be prepared for this tournament to have a lot of rounds and last a long time!
The time control is 3 days/move and vacation time is allowed. The rating range is 1200-2000.
Winners receive these cool custom medals! 
These three will also be invited to the Winner's Championship, as in all of my tournaments. See more info about it in the link here.
