EFCP Open #3

Third open tournament for the Extremely Fast Correspondence Players group. This is a no vacation tournament (vacation time is the bane of all existence). Also this is a FAST players tournament, please keep that in mind when signing up as most of us loathe slow play. Also I am adding this to all of my tournaments: if you accuse a player publicly of cheating (instead of reporting it to chess.com as you are supposed to), you will be asked to substantiate your claim. If you cannot, you will be expected to apologize or be removed from play. It is part of chess.com and my code of conduct. Thanks and destroy your chess frenemies!
