This is a "No Vacation" tournament!
Welcome to the first "official" Portishead Chess Club Online Tournament!
Being our first official tournament, there is eternal glory up for grabs: the first entry in what will eventually become the wall of fame. For the winner, there may even be a prize to win (or, quite plausibly, not).
We are still taking it easy, with 24 hrs/move (note that for this reason it is unrated...but still, no cheating). All you need to do is win your group, sail through any semi finals, and be victorious in the final.
The tournament will start on Friday, so sign up asap! Also, make sure any club member without an invite signs up to the group so they participate as well.
