Players - I apologize for this thematic tournament not being properly set to the French Defence position (1.e4 e6). I've contacted the site admin, and their reply was that once it is started, there is nothing that can be done to change or reset the tournament. At this point, all I can ask is that we honor the spirit of the tournament for the first initial moves 1. e4 e6. Obviously, there's no way to force this, but I'm sure we'd all appreciate it if everyone stuck to the original intent of the tournament.
