Welcome to my tournament! I created this tournament for people to have a good, fun experience playing Daily Chess.
Hello, and welcome to my new chess tournament! This tournament is for all ratings, and for anyone who wants to play and have fun.
General Information:
1 Day/move No Vacation Daily Tournament, with 32 spots. Tournament starts on May 1, 2026 and is expected to last anywhere between 30 days and 180 days. Everyone in the club (Chess Players Safe Zone) is welcome to join. Will auto start if the limit of 16 players is reached before.
Format (32 players):
For Round 1, players are put into groups of 4, with a total of 8 groups. You will play 6 games at once, 2 against all the other players in your group. One game you will play as white, the other you will play as black. Highest scorer (no tiebreaks) advances.
Winners of their group in Round 1 move to Round 2, and hopefully be put into 2 groups. If there are more than 8 players still remaining, there will be 3 groups (more are theoretically possible). The group winners advance.
Then, the last remaining players battle it out for 1st place.
Please only use vacation when you need it. I will block you from my future tournaments for unnecessary vacation time.

Summary:
