 Please read these tournament rules before deciding to participate in it!

Tournir special rules:
{v29.04.2025/1250/Chess960}

1. You will be removed from the tournament if your current rating is higher 1250 points in Rapid, Blitz, Bullet chess or Regular Daily Chess.

2. Participation in this tournament requires that you have played at least 100 games of Daily chess960 before, so that your rating better matches the strength of your game.

3. Max Timeout - 10% (players with a rating that is greatly reduced due to losses in time and therefore not corresponding to the strength of the player are not allowed).

4. You will be removed from the tournament if the current average rating of your opponents is higher 1250, against whom you win or with whom you have a draw in Daily chess960.
* for evaluation, your rating of win/draw games will be taken for the minimum available nearest time - for the last 7 days, if the rating is not defined for this period - then for the last 30 days, etc;
* rating of win/draw games, formed over a period longer than 1 year - not accepted;
** if the rating of your opponents with whom you have a draw is not determined, but the rating of opponents against whom you won is determined (the "win"-rating must be formed over a period of no more than 1 year) - the absence of a rating of draw games does not affect the decision about your participation in the tournament;
** if the rating of your opponents against whom you win is not determined, but the rating of opponents with whom you have a draw is determined (the "draw"-rating must be formed over a period of no more than 1 year) - the absence of a rating of winning games does not affect the decision about your participation in the tournament;
** if the rating of "win" or "draw" games cannot be accepted in accordance with the current rules - you will be removed from the tournament.

5.
You will be excluded from the tournament if you are currently playing 200 or more games of Daily chess (regular+960) at the same time. This is necessary to cut off potential time-wasters – players, who, if according to the time control it is possible to make a move once a day, then they will move only once a day, if it is possible to move once every three days, then they will make their move once every 3 days etc.

6. The minimum rating to enter the tournament is 600.

7. You may be excluded from participation in this tournament without explanation.

Rating: ≤1250
* players exceeding 1250 rating will be removed (if I don't do it manually, then the tournament engine by CHESScom will automatically kick out a player or several players immediately after the start);
* when the required number of players is reached, I will check the rating of each player before starting the tournament - if someone is excluded from the tournament, you must again wait for the filling.

Max. 5 players (the tournament will be manually launched with 5 players).

Max Group Size: 5 players.
# Advance: 1 player.

Time control - 1 day (24 hours per move).
This tournament uses the Buchholz coefficient.
No vacation allowed!

playhand Good luck!

Max Avg. Time/Move:

3 hours - Fastest (Super-Fast) player tournament (SF),
6 hours - Extra-Fast player tournament (EF),
12 hours - Fast player tournament (F),

∞ - player's Max Avg. Time per Move factor does not matter (All players allowed).

* Your average time per move is calculated (automatically by the CHESScom engine) every time you make a move in the game.
* The calculation formula is as follows: "the total time you spent on all moves" should be divided by "the number of moves you made during this time". All your games are counted, the time is counted in seconds (predicted moves are counted with a time of zero seconds and, as a result, reduce your average time per move).

Example. You registered on chess.com and started playing Daily chess, two games at once with a time control of 24 hours per move in the first game and 48 hours (2 days) per player move in the second game. You made your first move in the first of the games 4 hours after the opponent moved, and the first move in the second game – 28 hours after the opponent's move.
In total, your average time per move is: ((4+28)x3600)/2 = 57600 seconds = 57600/3600 = 16 hours.

It's important to understand that:
* An average time per move of 12 (for example) hours does not mean that a player makes a move no longer than every 12 hours!
* If a player met the tournament parameters in terms of average time per move, but in the tournament he began to move more slowly and his average time per move increased – this has no effect on the current tournament, but this player will not be able to participate next tournament with the same parameters of entry into the tournament if he again don't speed up.

1. Please don't send me private messages saying that the tournament is full and ready to play. I know this without you (CHESScom informs me). If I do not launch a tournament, then there are reasons for this and you cannot change anything.

2. Please don't write me questions or complaints about tournament events.
   First of all, I don't care (because secondly).
   Secondly, the fact is that they are controlled by the CHESScom tournament engine. I do not have any other (except publicly available) information on this issue and also I cannot personally manipulate the course of tournament events in any way.

3. When creating a tournament, when evaluating players and deciding whether to allow them to participate in a tournament, I try to do everything right and be equitable to the players, but mistakes can happen. Of course, I apologize in advance if this happened, but I also do not accept any claims (no one here owes you anything).

Tired of low-quality, uncomfortable chess tournaments, where users with low ratings, who clearly do not correspond to their real rating, or simply did not have time to get their ban for using computer chess engines, stuffed you into all the holes? Then this is the place for you.

The current rules of this tournament were developed by me in order to prevent manipulations with the rating by players (including unintentional ones). The main idea is to ensure a comfortable game and prevent situations when a player with a very low rating rips to pieces players with a high rating. But this does not guarantee 100% that all sorts of trolls & clowns will not be able to enter the tournament (sorry about that, I do my best to prevent that).

If you do not like the rules of this tournament - pass by.
